First Snow Of Winter

Winter is coming, the weather has become colder, and we have also welcomed the first snow and the first cooling of winter.

When the temperature is low, not only the Car needs to be replaced with antifreeze, but our laser cutting machine also needs to be replaced with antifreeze. If the antifreeze is not added, there will be many hazards, such as:

  1. The water pump of the chiller is frozen and cracked
  2. The cutting head is frozen and cracked
  3. The optical fiber output head is frozen and cracked
  4. The water channel inside the laser is frozen and cracked

 

It can be seen that it is very important to change the antifreeze.

The following are the replacement steps for your reference.

 

  1. Open the drain port at the bottom of the chiller and let the distilled water flow out naturally until all is drained.
  2. Inject antifreeze into the chiller, start the chiller, and run it for 10 minutes
  3. Drain the antifreeze inside the chiller
  4. Inject the antifreeze into the chiller again, start it, and run it for 10 minutes
  5. Drain the antifreeze inside the chiller again
  6. Finally, refill the chiller with antifreeze.
