2025 Company Team Building Event - Dalian Hiking Convention

2025 Year 5 Month 17 Day, As the morning light pierced through the mist and fell upon Xinghai Bay, our Dalian team-building hiking trip officially began. This " Walking in Binhai City, Building a United Heart ” " themed hiking event was not only a practice of healthy exercise, but also a wonderful journey to explore the beauty of Dalian's mountains and seas, allowing team members to release stress, enhance understanding, and experience the unique charm of this city during the walk.

Dalian, known as " the Northern Pearl ” of coastal cities, boasts unique natural scenery and a profound cultural heritage. Our hiking route was carefully planned, starting from the modern Donggang Business District and proceeding along the picturesque Binhai Road. At the beginning, the team members were energetic and brisk, with laughter and joy along the way. Everyone chatted in small groups, exchanging interesting work stories and sharing bits of life. The tense nerves from daily work gradually relaxed in the fresh sea breeze.

 

As the hike progressed, the scenery became more and more captivating. Binhai Road was like a flowing jade belt, connecting the stunning scenery of Dalian. On one side was the vast ocean, with waves crashing against the rocks, playing an exciting symphony; on the other side were lush mountains, with plants exuding a fresh fragrance, making people feel relaxed and happy. Upon reaching Xinghai Park the clear blue water and soft sandy beach instantly attracted everyone's attention. Team members stopped to take photos, capturing these beautiful moments with their cameras; or strolled along the beach, feeling the sand under their feet, enjoying the rare leisure time.

During the hike, there was sweat and fatigue, but the team's strength supported everyone. When a colleague slowed down, someone would always stop to offer encouragement and companionship; when encountering steep slopes, everyone helped each other, working together. This spirit of unity and mutual assistance transformed the challenging hike into a collective action filled with warmth and strength. With mutual encouragement, we conquered one landmark after another, getting closer and closer to the finish line.

 

Although everyone was slightly tired, their faces were filled with a sense of accomplishment and joy. In this Dalian team-building hiking event, we measured the beauty of this city with our steps and interpreted the concept of healthy exercise with our actions. During the hike, the friendship between team members deepened, and the team's cohesion and centripetal force were greatly enhanced.

The beautiful scenery of Dalian not only remained in our cameras but was also imprinted in everyone's hearts. This hiking team-building event will become an unforgettable memory in the team's development history, encouraging us to continue working together in the future with enthusiasm and healthy bodies, bravely forging ahead, and jointly writing a more brilliant chapter.
