How to replace the ceramic ring of the laser cutting machine

1. Disassemble the ceramic ringUnscrew the locking ring counterclockwise to disassemble the ceramic ring that needs cleaning or is damaged. Note that there are two sealing rings of different sizes at the connection point on the top of the ceramic ring. Operate carefully to avoid dropping them or deforming them due to the heat plate, as this could lead to air leakage in the cutting gas path, affecting the cutting effect. Ensure that the gas path is well sealed.

2. Install the ceramic ringBefore installation, carefully check whether the two sealing rings are properly embedded in the cutting component and whether there is any deformation; check if the ceramic ring to be installed is damaged, especially if the pins are loose. During installation, align the two holes of the ceramic ring with the pins and the top pin, and slowly tighten the locking ring clockwise without applying excessive force to prevent the ceramic ring from cracking. After installation, check if there are any alarms in the software. If you see messages like "floating head alarm, body capacitance decreases or capacitance becomes 0" or "calibration abnormal termination, capacitance changes to zero during calibration," it indicates that the ceramic ring is not installed correctly or is damaged, and it needs to be reinstalled or replaced to ensure the cutting process proceeds normally.
